    There are some great individuals within the business, however the exceptional employees are never the ones given an opportunity to make a decision.

    The challengesIf you want to step back in time to how things were done in the 80’s, work with inferior software, and be whipped on every project, then this is the place for you. The place is filled with too many old timers grasping to maintain power, when they should be thinking of retirement.
