    AI summary of recent reviews
Employees consistently praise the supportive team culture and friendly colleagues at FleetPartners, along with excellent work/life balance through hybrid working arrangements. The approachable leadership creates a high-trust environment, whilst opportunities for career progression and internal promotions are valued. Employees also appreciate the modern office facilities, excellent benefits, and the positive direction of the business transformation to a single brand and system.

However, there are some areas for development, including working across multiple legacy systems which can be time-consuming, though modernisation efforts are underway. Flexible, Driven, Future Focused
The good thingsThe variety of roles and tasks when you are willing to put yourself forward for different opportunities. The flexibility in work time and location has been a huge benefit to align to outside work commitments.
The challengesRebranding and aligning the business from 3 to 1 was a challenge, however now that the organisation is single brand, single focus on a single system, the future is brighter than ever.

A positive workplace with strong culture that would benefit from improved collaboration & investment
The good thingsThe people and workplace culture have been the most enjoyable aspects of working here. Despite the business going through significant change over the years, there has been a continued focus on improving, and the overall direction is positive. I enjoy coming to work, value the relationships I've built with my colleagues, and appreciate the opportunities to contribute as the business continues to evolve.
The challengesGreater collaboration between senior leadership, particularly across sales and operations, would help create a more unified approach to achieving business objectives. There is also an opportunity to place greater emphasis on customer experience by investing more proactively in technology and considering employee feedback more consistently when making decisions. These improvements would benefit both staff and clients over the long term.
