Great start to a corporate public sector role. However there is no room for promotion or recognition, only sideways secondments and EA salary increases only.
The good thingsSome perks were nice facilities and wellbeing allowances.
The challengesManagement was not open or willing to communicate changes and was ineffective at consultation management for a tech upgrade and restructure. Resulting in redundancies and extended contracts and backpackers hired as temporary staff.
