The worst. Do not even consider it - you will regret it!
The good thingsAvoid at all costs. This company has a round of restructuring and redundancies every few months. Turnover is huge, culture is horrendous and the leadership is awful. From head office down to the stores - this candle company is the worst.
The challengesLeadership has no idea what they are doing and change their minds every five minutes. Everyone is underpaid, overworked and the culture is linkedin posts. Leadership doesn't value their staff and thinks everything they do is right.

The challengesUpper Management have no time for Store Managers, general company habit to over work and belittle staff for not preforming to unrealistic standards, expect over time with no pay, regional stores are void of any real help, even in the busiest seasons but will overload the store with stock and no communication or real and effective troubleshooting.
