    A wonderful place to work!
    The good thingsThe company culture is amazing - the focus on people and wellbeing is so prevalent and authentic. The people who work at Douglas are so wonderful, it is a really positive place to work.
    The challengesIt is fast paced, but I think that is what is so great about it. This is also supported by it being a very collaborative work environment, so lots of diversity in thoughts and opinions which is awesome.
