    I wouldn't recommend it to a friend
The good thingsI've enjoyed some of the people I work with, some are friendly. Management not so much.
The challengesI think the Overwork tf out of you and don't pay you enough. Find most of the state/upper store managers to very fake.

Job was fine but had serious managerial issues
The good thingsThe Customers were great and most of the staff got along (Though some were abit cliquey) . Shift times were good and flexible
The challengesThey offer no support or development. It felt like being a number that was easily replaceable. No matter how above and beyond you went, you were still criticised for the 1 small one off thing that could've happened regardless if you were at fault or not. Real negative vibe in the workplace which started with the Parent company and worked its way down through management.
