Overall, a mixed experience with good coworkers but weak leadership and organisation.

The challengesWorked as a Store Person at CoolDrive and it was a disappointing experience. The workplace culture was poor, with drama on the warehouse floor and little leadership or professionalism from management. The team leaders were disorganised, unhelpful and not suited for management roles. Staff concerns were mostly ignored. The warehouse manager also showed little involvement with what was actually happening which allowed toxic behaviour and negativity to continue unchecked. Some co-workers created a hostile environment through constant complaining, gossip, and inappropriate behaviour, which made the workplace uncomfortable. Instead of addressing issues properly, management seemed disconnected from the reality of what staff dealt with on the floor. The job itself was manageable, but the culture and leadership made it difficult to enjoy working there. I would not recommend this workplace to anyone looking for a positive or professional warehouse environment.

Not worth the effort to apply

The good thingsNot much to enjoy apart from going home. The most toxic workplace I have ever worked at. When 8 office staff quit within 1 year because of the environment in the office, that tells you more than enough of hour bad it is. Worst part about it is management think that's it's ok and it's all the people that left were all bad.

The challengesThey micro mange you to the tenth degree. Never given the correct tools to do your job correctly. Zero training and left to try and work things out on your own. Numerous times left without staff and still excepted to do the same amount of work. Never get appreciated as it's turned too corporate now.
