Lack of training & direction, lack of support, unreasonable expectations, issues swept under the carpet & not addressed. Very toxic environment.The good thingsSupporting people to remain in their own home for as long as practical.
Some really quality employees work there.
The challengesManagement is very ineffective. The Leadership team is made up of six, and I would say only one, maybe two of them are effective.
They do not support their staff; they are unprofessional & inappropriate.
Poor rostering and utilisation of resourcing.
