Average but not great. Improvements to be made & staff to be more appreciated with proper incentives
The good thingsMeet new people who were great. My direct manager was good. Health insurance and life insurance fully paid.
The challengesNo annual salary increase. Senior Management seem disengaged from what happens on a day to day. Overworked with average pay. No proper incentives to acknowledge your hard work. Also forget about work life balance because you won’t have it here.

Carters is a great employer. I have always felt 100% supported by my team and my own manager. I feel i can be open and honest with my manager about anything whether it be personal or struggles i am having in the business. Alongside my team, we have built our branch to be very successful and i am proud to say i work for carters.
The good thingsThe culture is fun. Meeting people from all different trades, and i really enjoy the rural supply side of things. Getting to see materials on the shelf be turned into buildings is pretty impressive.
The challengesWeather struggles. When the weather isnt good, it makes it difficult to work outside. I guess thats more of a personal thing, as we are all provided top notch gear to work in the weather if required.
