What’s it like working at Carinity?

    AI summary of recent reviews
Employees appreciate the meaningful and rewarding work at Carinity, with opportunities to make a genuine difference in people's lives. Staff highlight the supportive team culture, with passionate colleagues working collaboratively, and value the supportive management that provides flexibility for work/life balance. The autonomy and trust given to employees, with minimal micromanagement, creates a comfortable working environment.

However, there are some potential challenges, including varying management approaches across different areas, a fast-paced environment with demanding administrative requirements, and opportunities to strengthen communication between departments. Additionally, technology and systems could be more streamlined, and periods of organisational change can sometimes create uncertainty as the company continues to evolve.

Loved the position, but upper management was toxic. I would have stayed if not for toxic behaviours.
The good thingsThe position was not boring, making the lives of the Residents better by trying to improve the environment was very fulfilling.
The challengesToxic environment, power struggles within the upper management, communication methods left much to de desried.

One of the best aged care facility that i have ever worked.
The good thingsAs a current employee, I can say this is one of the best places I have ever worked. The culture here is built on genuine respect—not just for residents, but for staff as well. Management actively listens to our feedback, supports our professional development, and prioritises our wellbeing, which makes a real difference in how we show up for residents each day. People are working as a team to reach the best outcome for our residents. Seeing our residents smile, knowing they feel safe and valued, makes the hard days worthwhile.
The challengesI truly value working at Carinity because of the wonderful residents, supportive colleagues, and the genuine sense of purpose we share every single day in providing compassionate care.
