    A great place to work
The good thingsGreat upper management that genuinely care about their employees, working with like minded individuals to service the needs of our customers. Highly Competitive salary, working for many businesses this is by far the best.
The challengesI think every business, could have areas to improve. But the necessary steps have been put into place and the right people are in the right roles.

Yeah nah run away while you can
The good thingsStaff discount is good
The challengesThe entire management chain is broken, Revolving door when it comes to staff and even ceo’s. Store managers are oblivious to issues and take no accountability for their constant mistakes while blaming the others. Payroll rarely gets it right and on time. Bapcor is a sinking ship. Be careful when you leave the company, you will be accused of theft and trash talked :)

DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY!
The good thingsI cannot give many positives. The retail assistants are a good team for the most part - but a few are lazy and unreliable.
The challengesThe company is an absolute mess from the top down - they're too busy firing the people they need to make things work then wonder why things arent working in the first place! The onboarding is a total failure, they screwed up my onboarding for more than 2 weeks when I started. No pay for 2 weeks, no login details/ codes/ email address, nothing! I was not set up for success as the ASM. I came into a store with no store manager, the team had no management for close to 7 months before that. I was expected to do tasks I was never trained on, the more I asked for training the less I got it. Management at all levels is terrible, they are not trustworthy and they will tell you one thing, then go behind your back and say another. They will make you promises or gurantees and they will never deliver. I would thoroughly avoid working for this company if you want a company that values you as a worker. This company and its leadership treats their staff like toilet paper!
