The work culture is the worst I have ever encountered. It takes the word 'toxic' to a new level.

The challengesThe work culture is challenging. HR is constantly occupied due to the high staff turnover. Although many good people work within the organisation, they are often overseen by managers who lack essential leadership and soft‑skill capabilities. The continual cycle of staff leaving and new employees starting creates a persistent lack of experience across the workplace. The ‘blame game’ others have mentioned is very real and contributes to an overall unpleasant environment. It’s telling that many staff choose to leave even without another job lined up, which speaks volumes about how difficult their experience has been and their urgency to move on.
