Was good at times, mostly challenging.

The good thingsBig clean factory, some nice equipment. manufacturing high end products. good when it's busy.

The challengesManagement and owners at each others throats , witnessing them argue and manipulate each other constantly. owners belittling staff at times. when there is no work its terrible, staff are made to feel like its their fault when its slow. they seem to be stuck in the past and unwilling to try new things.

Claim they’re a big company, however have a small mindset and mentality to improve.

The good thingsThe lads on the floor are all great to work with and offer great advice and experience.

The challengesLeading hand and foreman are atrocious to work with. Always bickering and complaining about eachother yet try to play like they’re mates. Toxicity in the workplace is none like I’ve ever experienced anywhere else.
