    The challengesIf you ask the kitchen staff and chefs whether they would genuinely want to work under the same Head Chef again, I think the answer would speak for itself. Over the past six months, around seven chefs have come and gone, and eventually seeing another chef leave started to feel like a normal part of the workplace. That level of staff turnover should be a serious sign that something in the kitchen environment needs to be looked at.

    Experience is bad . Toxic environment and energy , no help or improvement from management.
    The good thingsResidents ,that’s the only best thing to look forward too. All the employee benefits which mentioned , is all a lie. You won’t get anything. I guess it’s only for management, we get nothing
    The challengesA lot needs to improve, management only look after those who are closer to them , and rest of the staff don’t matter to them.
