The good thingsI’ve really enjoyed the culture, the people, and the level of challenge. The rapid growth I’ve experienced - both in my knowledge and through exposure to different areas - has been incredible. The perks are also fantastic, but what stands out most is the psychological safety and feeling supported to learn, ask questions, and grow.
The challengesWith such a fast-moving environment, priorities and processes can change quickly. However, changes are communicated well and backed by clear reasoning. It’s a great environment for someone who wants the stability of a strong organisation combined with a start-up culture and mindset.
