A great place for footy nuts to live out their career dream and be rewarded.
The good thingsThe staff were all pulling in the same direction, and whilst outside factors could be annoying, the team I worked with and around were excellent. Great job for a passionate footy head. Promotions from within were great, so was the remuneration.
The challengesObviously in every role there are leaders that maybe shouldn't be in their roles, but otherwise a great place to work.

Horrible. This was a backwards step in my career after I was promised so much. Sadly, I am not alone
The good thingsIntroduction to business and onboarding process seems glamorous and thoughtful.
The challenges. Inappropriate and unsafe environment
. Poor compensation for essentially 7 days a week work
. Management often screen calls or impossible to contact
. HR does not follow up with concerns or issues directed to them
. Elitism and disrespectful to working staff - unless you in are an executive team, then good luck.
