UP Talent’s approach to recruitment was refreshing and unique. It made going through candidates a lot easier which can usually be a tough task in itself. Because of their approach it helped us identify two candidates that we may have perhaps overlooked and we’re very happy that we didn’t as they have been great additions to our team. Compared to other recruiters we have worked with, and were working with at the time, Joey and the team stood well above them all and the next time we’re looking to recruit, theirs is the only number we’ll be dialling.
