James did everything that you would hope for a recruiter for a Job Seekers Perspective. Communication was quick and always willing to listen to questions that you may have. Knew his stuff and felt like he would have said whether or not the job was a good fit or not (It was!)
I had enlisted a lot of recruitment company's before with no luck (No communication/follow up, sounds great in the beginning but no follow through) but James and Up Talent was a breath of fresh air. Would recommend them both for any future endeavors!
