HR & Office Manager
Love people, enjoy making things happen, and know how to keep a busy office running brilliantly? This could be your role.
We’re looking for an experienced HR & Office Manager to join our team and take ownership of two important parts of our business: our people and our workplace.
You’ll lead our day-to-day HR function, working closely with managers and employees across everything from recruitment and onboarding through to development, remuneration, employee relations and workplace culture.

Events will also be an important part of your role, assisting with the planning and delivery of both internal and external events including team functions, conferences, client events, training days and business celebrations. From the initial idea through to suppliers, logistics and on-the-day delivery, you’ll help create polished, memorable events that bring our people and clients together.
The role will see you:
Lead recruitment, onboarding, employee relations and performance processes
Provide practical HR guidance and support to managers and employees
Manage employment documentation, policies, procedures and HR records
Support salary reviews, remuneration benchmarking and salary banding
Manage grievances, disciplinary processes and other sensitive employment matters

Take ownership of the day-to-day running of our Queenstown office
Manage suppliers, facilities, equipment and office related budgets
Support leadership with people initiatives and wider business projects
Plan and deliver events, conferences, team functions and business celebrations from concept through to completion
