Graduate Family Lawyer

About the role

We are seeking a motivated lawyer with a minimum of one year's post-qualification experience (PQE) and a current practising certificate to join our team as a Staff Barrister. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to further develop their family law expertise within an established practice that values practical solutions, strong client relationships, and professional growth.

Key responsibilities

• Provide practical legal advice and representation in family law matters
• Attend Court and undertake advocacy
• Liaise with other lawyers, Court staff, and community agencies
• Build and maintain strong relationships within the legal and wider community
• Contribute to a supportive team environment while working towards positive outcomes for clients
• Demonstrate a genuine commitment to access to justice and serving our community
