About the role

We’re looking for a Tier 1 Support Consultant to support the Snap Fitness franchise network with their club operating systems. Reporting to the Business Intelligence and Finance teams, you’ll provide system support across new club setups, member access, financial debits, reporting, and data management.

You’ll be the first point of contact for system queries, deliver user training, and help identify trends and improvements to keep our network running smoothly. This role also supports initiatives like bulk price rises, system upgrades, and the development of best-practice resources for clubs and managers.

This role is perfect for someone who’s already familiar with Snap Fitness systems and is keen to further develop their skills within the network while making a real impact.

Qualifications and Experience

• Tertiary qualifications in business, IT, or a related field are advantageous.

• Experience providing system support, ideally within a multi-site or franchised environment.

• Strong understanding of the fitness industry, including club operations, systems, and technology platforms.

• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with franchisees, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.

• Ability to operate confidently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

About you

You’re a proactive and tech-savvy professional who enjoys solving problems and keeping systems running smoothly. You have experience providing IT or system support, ideally within a multi-site or franchised environment, and you’re comfortable navigating fast-paced, evolving workplaces.

You’re highly organised, able to manage multiple workstreams at once, and take pride in delivering timely, accurate support. Your strong communication and interpersonal skills mean you can build positive relationships with franchisees, internal teams, and suppliers alike.

This role is perfect for someone already familiar with Snap Fitness systems and eager to deepen their expertise, contribute to process improvements, and help the network get the most out of its technology.
