Senior Sales Assistant | Boutique fashion brand

We are looking for one or two results driven and experienced Senior Sales Assistants to join our dynamic Marlow Team.

The Role: 

• We are open to someone working full time 37.5 hours or two people sharing the role - ie 20 - 25 hours each.

• Must work 1 weekend day and be available through Christmas and New years

Responsibilities include:

• Customer Service and Sales

• Support the store manager with all tasks

• Visual Merchandising and table displays

• E-commerce / Online customer service

• Act as a Marlow brand ambassador

• Online dispatch

• Social media content  - creation

• Styling and wardrobe appointments

• Store operations - including banking and wages

• Stock Management and Stocktake

Applicants must have:

• Previous experience in a fashion sales role

• Ability to communicate effectively with both customers and team members

• Be passionate about fashion

• Love building relationships with customers

• Understanding of inventory management systems and POS systems

• Be able to commit to a role long-term

• Able to assist with in store events (New brand launches & VIP Evenings)

• A flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business as well as being able to work at any of our Auckland stores, should the need arise.
