About the role

Xplosiv supplements is seeking a motivated part-time retail assistant to join our dynamic team in our Northwest Auckland store. Saturday 10am-5pm. As a part-time retail assistant, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the overall operations of our vibrant retail outlet.

Key responsibilities

• Providing friendly and knowledgeable customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience

• Assisting with product sales, restocking, and maintaining store presentation standards

• Handling cash and card transactions accurately

• Actively participating in staff training and development programs

• Contributing to a collaborative team environment and supporting your colleagues as needed

About you

• Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is highly desirable

• A passion for health and wellness products and a keen interest in providing exceptional customer service

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and colleagues

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a commitment to maintaining a tidy, organised work environment

• Availability to work Saturday 10am-5pm
