Mō te tūnga | About the role:
We are looking for an organised and proactive Operations & Site Development Administrator to provide support to our General Manager – Operations & Site Development and help keep the wider department running smoothly.
This is a varied coordination role where you’ll support meetings, documentation, action tracking, records, projects, budgets and general department administration.
You’ll work closely with the GM and department managers across Operations, Retail, Food & Beverage, I.T, Kiwi Conservation and other key areas, helping to keep information accurate, actions moving, and communication clear across a busy 7-day operation.
Ngā pūmanawatanga ōu | What you will bring:
Previous experience in administration, executive support, coordination, or a similar role
Strong organisation skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and follow tasks through
Good attention to detail and confidence preparing documents, minutes, spreadsheets and communications
Confidence using Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams and other digital systems
A practical, proactive approach, with the confidence to ask questions, follow up and keep things moving
Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work well with managers, kaimahi, contractors and external stakeholders
A reliable, discreet and trustworthy approach, especially when handling confidential information
A commitment to Te Puia values, manaakitanga, and a willingness to engage with te ao Māori, tikanga and te reo Māori
