What Your First 12 Months Could Look Like:

Learn the Basics
You’ll start in the warehouse learning the operational side of the business. This includes picking and packing orders, receiving goods, managing stock, and becoming familiar with our product range. This hands-on experience is key to understanding how the business works and how our customers operate.

Build Knowledge
As confidence grows, you’ll begin spending more time supporting the Trade Counter Team. You’ll learn our systems, assist with over the counter transactions and customer enquiries, working closely with our team to understand the electrical industry.

You will be responsible for:

  • Processing inwards goods and putting stock away on shelves.

  • Picking and Packing customer orders for despatch.

  • Serving customers over our trade counter and over the phone, building relationships with our valued customers to ensure continued loyalty to our business.

  • Delivering goods to customers and picking goods up from suppliers as required.

What do I need?

  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a friendly and positive attitude.

  • Good attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

  • A good level of physical fitness, as there is some heavy lifting required in this role.

  • A clean driver's licence (restricted licence at a minimum).

Hours:

  • Monday to Friday, between the hours of 8:00am and 5:00pm.

  • Rostered Saturdays, between the hours of 8:00am and 12:00pm. (approx. 1 in every 4 weeks)
