Trade Marketing & Sourcing Coordinator
We are a fast-growing FMCG brand operating across multiple major international markets focused on delivering high-quality, thoughtfully designed consumer products with a strong supply chain advantage.
As we continue to scale, we are looking for a hands-on, detail-driven Trade Marketing & Sourcing Coordinator to take ownership of execution across retail marketing materials, product accessories, and supplier coordination (primarily China-based).
About the Role
This is a high-impact execution role that sits between marketing, design, and supply chain.
You will be responsible for bringing ideas to life — from concept through to production — ensuring our in-store presence, product add-ons, and brand materials are delivered on time, on budget, and at a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
Trade Marketing Execution
Coordinate development of retail materials including shelf talkers, POS, and in-store display concepts
Work closely with the design team to brief, refine, and finalise assets
Manage production with suppliers and ensure timely delivery
Sourcing & Supplier Management (China-focused)
Source and develop promotional items, accessories, and packaging components
Manage supplier communication, sampling, and production timelines
Compare quotes and ensure cost-effective outcomes
Product & Specification Management
Maintain and organise product, packaging, and material specifications
Ensure accuracy and consistency across all product-related documentation
Support new product launches with mock-ups, accessories, and materials
Trade Shows & Marketing Materials
Coordinate sourcing and production of trade show materials, sample kits, and promotional items
Content & Asset Support
Capture store photos, product content, and light factory/lab visuals for marketing use
Help maintain an organised library of brand assets
What We’re Looking For
Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin) — essential
2–5 years’ experience in FMCG, retail, sourcing, or marketing coordination
Strong organisational and project management skills
High attention to detail — able to manage multiple items without losing track
Confident working with suppliers and managing timelines
Good visual judgment — able to identify what looks premium vs low quality
Proactive and solutions-focused — able to take ownership and get things done
