The role
- Collaborate with project managers, developers, and technical consultants to deliver robust, scalable solutions.
- Contribute to system architecture design and configuration to enhance performance and security.
- Support data extraction, cleansing, and migration activities, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Conduct and support testing phases, including user acceptance testing.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical and user documentation.
- Agile development for software design and release.
About You
You’re a natural problem solver with an analytical mindset and a strong desire to learn. You thrive in collaborative environments and can translate technical details into clear, meaningful insights for clients.
Requirements:
- Critical thinking, curiosity, and strong problem-solving ability.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Preferred tertiary degree in the IT, software, data or accounting space.
- Experience with software development, ideally in enterprise platforms, SaaS, or internal business systems.
- Strong in JavaScript (Node.js + React); experience with TypeScript, SQL, or Python is a plus.
- Experience with frameworks & libraries e.g. Express, React, React Router, Vite, Sequelize or similar ORM.
- Strong communication skills.
- Knowledge of databases and version control e.g. SQL Server (preferred), PostgreSQL, Git, GitHub/Azure Repos.
- Experience with VS Code and/or Git and/or Docker.
- The ability to work with large amount of data.
- Knowledge of unit and integration testing (Vitest, Jest, or similar)
- Cloud and DevOps Pro: Microsoft Azure, CI/CD pipelines (Github, Azure DevOps)
- Payroll, Workforce Management, or accounting experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
