We are looking for a digital marketer focused on driving measurable growth through best‑in‑class digital performance marketing. You’ll bring strong commercial and analytical acumen to help accelerate acquisition via our always‑on conversion layer, while closely monitoring marketing effectiveness, performance and return on investment.
You’ll lead audience‑led digital performance programmes end‑to‑end from defining target audiences and channel strategy, through to messaging, success metrics and ongoing optimisation. Working closely with marketing and business stakeholders, you’ll also play a key role in shaping how we measure and govern marketing performance, ensuring insights and data are used to inform smarter optimisation and future investment decisions.

Performance marketing, digital media with a focus on commercial outcomes or analytics
Experience with Adobe Analytics is a plus
Background developing digital strategies that drive engagement, measurable growth, and commercial impact.
Ability to provide expertise and advice to the marketing chapter and collaborate with members on delivering best in class performance marketing campaigns that will encourage better customer outcomes and commercial success.
The ability to convey information and ideas to business partners and other stakeholder groups in a manner that engages the audience, helps them understand the message and demonstrates you have clearly understood the business challenge.
Manage stakeholder expectations and prioritise a diverse workload.
