You will:
- Build and manage a pipeline of IT clients
- Manage relationships with hiring managers, CIOs, and tech leaders
- Understand technical requirements and match the right talent
- Present solutions that help clients scale their technology workforce
- Grow revenue through new and existing accounts
- Work closely with a high-performing team that loves what they do
You’ll be great in this role if you have:
- Experience in IT sales, Tech recruitment, or Account management (agency and / or in-house)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A commercial mindset, be comfortable driving business growth
- Curiosity about technology and how it impacts organisations
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, people-focused environment
- Motivation to exceed targets and earn industry-leading commission
