The Opportunity
Based in our Cromwell branch, you’ll play a key role supporting the delivery of residential and commercial glazing projects. This is a hands‑on, fast‑paced role where you’ll coordinate materials, schedule glazing teams, communicate with customers, and keep projects moving smoothly from handover to completion.
You’ll be the vital link between sales, operations, suppliers and customers — ensuring information flows clearly, accurately and on time
What You’ll Be Doing
Coordinating project workflows, materials and glazing resources
Communicating regularly with customers on scheduling, scope changes, material availability and project status
Supporting project initiation, planning and execution, including sales handover and project charter preparation
Scheduling work in Smart Toolbox and ensuring accurate system updates
Liaising with suppliers to ensure materials arrive on time and to specification
Managing invoicing, SAP orders, receipting and Work in Progress (WIP) costing
Providing excellent customer service across phone, email and walk‑ins
What You’ll Bring
3–5 years’ experience in customer service or administration
Strong communication skills — you’re confident dealing with customers, suppliers and internal teams
Exceptional organisation, accuracy and attention to detail
Exposure to project management processes (quoting, scheduling, interpreting plans)
A proactive safety mindset and comfort being on site when required
Ability to juggle multiple tasks while keeping projects on track
A tertiary qualification is desirable but not essential
