A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
The ability to balance big-picture thinking with day-to-day delivery
Experience in snowsports, outdoor recreation, or a membership-based organisation is a bonus—but not essential.

This is more than just a management role—it’s a chance to help shape the future of NZSIA.
A newly created role with real scope to influence and grow
Work alongside passionate people in a unique and inspiring industry
Flexibility in working arrangements and FTE structure
