About the Role:

As a Home Energy Advisor at Lightforce, you'll be the first point of contact for people who are already interested in solar. You’ll handle inbound calls and warm leads – no cold calling – and your job is to qualify these prospects and schedule appointments with our experienced solar consultants.

This role is perfect for someone with a friendly phone manner, strong attention to detail, and a passion for helping people make informed decisions about their energy future.


Key Responsibilities:

·       Answer inbound enquiries via phone, web, and social channels.

·       Qualify warm leads based on Lightforce’s criteria.

·       Schedule appointments for the sales team.

·       Use our CRM (Dynamics 365) to keep accurate records of all interactions.

·       Provide a seamless handover to the sales team, ensuring the customer journey stays smooth and consistent.

·       Occasionally follow up with older warm leads or re-engage past interest.

·       Occasionally attend home shows and engage with our customers and the public sharing your solar knowledge.


About You:

·       Experience in a sales or customer service is preferred, but for the right person, we’re flexible.

·       Clear and confident communicator – both spoken and written.

·       Comfortable using CRM systems and managing multiple leads at once.

·       Reliable, proactive, and self-motivated with a can-do attitude.

·       Target-driven but always puts customer experience first.

·       NZ residency or current work visa.
