Administration Coordinator - Papakura

- Starting rate: $23.84 - $25.95 per annum, depending on experience

Our Counties area team is seeking a friendly and organised Administration Coordinator to support both staff and visitors with general reception and administrative duties. You’ll be joining a supportive team focused on keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing administrative and general support to the management team
- Processing purchase orders and supporting accounts
- Managing records, filing, and archiving
- Ordering and sorting office supplies
- Reception duties, welcoming staff and visitors
- Answering phones and responding to general enquiries

- Excellent customer service skills and clear communication (verbal and written)
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Outlook, and other computer systems
- The ability to work as part of a team and independently.
