Administration Coordinator - Papakura

  • Hours: 8am to 4.30pm - Mon to Fri
  • Office base: Papakura, Auckland
  • Starting rate: $23.84 - $25.95 per annum, depending on experience

Our Counties area team is seeking a friendly and organised Administration Coordinator to support both staff and visitors with general reception and administrative duties. You’ll be joining a supportive team focused on keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing administrative and general support to the management team
  • Processing purchase orders and supporting accounts
  • Managing records, filing, and archiving
  • Ordering and sorting office supplies
  • Reception duties, welcoming staff and visitors
  • Answering phones and responding to general enquiries

  • Excellent customer service skills and clear communication (verbal and written)
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Outlook, and other computer systems
  • The ability to work as part of a team and independently.
