About the role

Based onsite in Te Aroha, this newly created role supports international sales growth while ensuring excellence across execution, supply alignment, and customer delivery. Sitting at the intersection of commercial strategy and operational delivery, you will ensure customer commitments align with production capability and supply reliability.

Working closely with the Head of Commercial and the Te Aroha operations team, you will drive international account growth while bringing strong structure to forecasting, order execution and supply alignment.

Core Responsibilities

  • Support key international customer accounts, ensuring responsive communication and on-time delivery of commitments
  • Ensure commercial forecasts accurately reflect market demand and growth plans
  • Streamlined supply and packaging transitions through cross-functional project management
  • Proactively identify supply or customer risks and resolving issues before they impact delivery

What You'll Bring to the Table

This is a high-impact development role designed for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. You’re a commercially minded professional with exposure to international customers, systems and cross-functional execution. You are just as comfortable driving revenue as you are ensuring the operational detail behind it runs smoothly.

Additionally, you will bring:

  • 2-4 yearsʼ experience in Account Management, Sales Support or Operations roles
  • Experience within FMCG, food & beverage, health or premium consumer brands
  • Exposure of forecasting, supply planning or S&OP processes
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally across sales, supply chain and marketing
