We have an exciting fixed-term opportunity for a Service Desk Analyst (IT) to join our team through to Christmas 2026.
About the Role
As a Service Desk Analyst at Powerco, your role is to provide anyone who contacts the Service Experience team with a positive and productive experience. You’ll focus on delivering outcomes rather than just transactions, continually seeking opportunities to enhance the experience of those you interact with while supporting better outcomes for Powerco.

Skills & Experience
To thrive in this role, you will:
- Have at least 1 year of experience in IT support or a similar role.
- Deliver an outstanding experience to our people.
- Ensure Powerco colleagues are equipped with the necessary tools from day one and beyond.
- Provide efficient and effective IT technical support.
- Communicate, prioritize, escalate, and resolve incidents and requests effectively.
- Capture, document, and utilize knowledge to resolve incidents and service requests as quickly as possible.
- Identify and implement efficiency improvements in team practices, processes, and systems.
