Warehouse Supervisor

We’re on the lookout for a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead a small, hardworking team based in Manurewa. This is a varied role where no two days look the same — perfect for someone who thrives on juggling priorities, leading from the front, and keeping things running smoothly.

About the Role

This is more than just a warehouse job — it’s a key position that keeps our operation ticking.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Leading and supporting a small warehouse team day-to-day
• Maintaining a safe, compliant, and well-organised warehouse environment
• Ensuring work is carried out efficiently and to a high standard
• Keeping the warehouse and yard clean, tidy, and running like clockwork
• Working collaboratively with other tenants on site
• Partnering closely with our Transport Supervisor and Admin team
• Taking the lead on projects, including coordinating wharf activity when shipments (like steel boats) arrive
• Troubleshooting issues and keeping things moving when plans change

About You

You’re someone who can spin a few plates without dropping any — organised, practical, and calm under pressure.

You’ll bring:

• Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics leadership role
• Strong people leadership skills – you know how to get the best out of your team
• A solid understanding of health & safety practices
• The ability to multi-task and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
• A hands-on approach – you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves
• Great communication skills and the ability to work across different teams
• A proactive mindset — you see what needs doing and get on with it
• F endorsement with Operators Certificate
