Project Coordinator
We are seeking a Project Coordinator to support delivery across a pipeline of commercial, industrial, and residential construction projects.
This role is office-based with regular site exposure and is suited to someone motivated to learn, grow, and take on increasing responsibility.
The Role
You will work alongside the Project Manager to keep projects coordinated, buildable, and ready to move — ensuring site teams have what they need to execute without delay.
Your focus is information flow, technical coordination, and system discipline. This role is about keeping delivery on track.
Key Focus Areas
Technical Coordination
∙ Coordinate engineers, designers, and consultants
∙ Manage RFIs and technical queries through to resolution
∙ Control drawing revisions, approvals, and issue status
Systems & Information
∙ Maintain project systems as the live source of truth
∙ Track decisions, updates, and open actions
∙ Ensure teams are always working from current, approved information
Site Interface
∙ Support site teams with timely information and coordination
∙ Attend site as required
∙ Build practical understanding of construction sequencing and delivery
About You
∙ Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
∙ Strong communicator — written and verbal
∙ Background in a coordination, administration, or technical role — construction experience an advantage
∙ Motivated to learn, grow, and take on increasing responsibility
