Full-Time Supervisor – Chocomelt
We’re looking for a hands-on Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations, support staff training, and keep standards high in a premium dessert bar environment.
This role requires someone confident taking the lead on shift, managing the floor, and supporting the team across service, drinks, and customer experience.
Requirements
Strong barista experience (coffee and drinks essential)
Proven customer service skills
Confident leading a team and maintaining standards
Hands-on, calm under pressure, and reliable
Available to work weekends and evenings
Immediate start available
This is a full-time role for someone who enjoys leading from the front and being part of a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
