Sales Manager, Google Customer Solutions (English)

Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of industry experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or IT, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.
  • Ability to communicate in English fluently to engage with clients in the region.
Preferred qualifications:
  • 6 years of experience leading to a sales portfolio, strategy and go-to-market solutions that have demonstrated significant business growth.
  • Experience in a leadership role within a matrixed organization.
  • Experience selling against traditional and digital media advertising solutions.
  • Knowledge of the advertising landscape, including a network of existing relationships.
  • Knowledge of traditional and contemporary or online marketing strategy and tactics with the ability to achieve ambitious goals to drive sustained growth.
  • Ability to build compelling narratives and utilize storytelling as a customer engagement strategy.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of Account Managers, set and communicate team priorities and make decisions and support activities that align with Google’s values. Build and manage relationships with C-level clients and executive partner stakeholders.
  • Structure a clear, long-term joint strategy between Google and clients, and lead a cross functional team within Google to collaborate on projects and drive client success. 
  • Plan for, and achieve, growth goals, through the presentation of Google advertising products/solutions that will help clients to meet their marketing objectives.
  • Build an in-depth knowledge of how Google advertising products work and can be used to help meet a wide range of marketing objectives. 
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of their business challenges, marketing objectives, and success metrics.
