We’re looking for a warm, empathetic, and proactive Supporter Care Coordinator to be the friendly voice and first point of contact for our incredible supporters.

You will:
Champion Exceptional Supporter Care: Respond to calls, emails, and enquiries with warmth, accuracy, and professionalism.
Be the Voice of Our Brand: Provide prompt, empathetic communication that reflects our values and inspires supporter confidence.
Solve Problems Creatively: Handle everyday challenges, escalations, and complex enquiries with calmness, clarity, and compassion.
Support Our Fundraising Ambitions: Help drive supporter retention, stewardship, and engagement activities that enable long‑term impact for children.
Keep Our Systems Running Smoothly: Process requests, update records, and maintain data accuracy across CRM systems.
Bring Campaigns to Life: Assist with fundraising events, donor stewardship activities, and administrative support across the Fundraising team.
Champion Child Safeguarding: Model and uphold the highest standards of behaviour, ensuring all children are safe and protected.
Your work will directly support our ability to respond to emergencies, protect vulnerable children, and advocate for children’s rights, every day, without hesitation.
What you bring:

Warm, friendly interpersonal skills and a genuine love of helping people.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Experience using CRM or donor database systems.
Confidence with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong time-management skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
A proactive, self‑motivated, can-do attitude.
A commitment to Save the Children’s mission, values, and safeguarding standards.
Desirable Skills:
Experience in customer service or administrative roles.
An interest in the humanitarian or international development sector.
Familiarity with donor privacy and confidentiality practices.
Experience in a charitable or marketing/communications role.
