Across the business we have an exceptional Loss Prevention team who are dedicated to implementing our core Loss Prevention strategies. By doing this, they ensure not only a safe and happy place to shop but it provides the opportunity to minimise risk and prevent loss.

In a Loss Prevention role, your key focus is minimising loss from all sources by:

• Investigating stock discrepancies
• Identifying loss patterns
• Uncovering potential internal theft
• Identifying and deterring suspicious behaviour
• Being a health & safety champion
• Removing opportunities for theft
• Ensuring a safe and secure store environment.

We are looking for two part time roles in Glenfield and one full time role in Albany.  

To be successful in a Loss Prevention role, you will:

• Have amazing communication skills, both written and oral
• Be confident and remain calm under pressure
• Be comfortable handling situations of conflict that may occur 
• Be willing to go the extra mile to help our customers
• Maintain the highest level of integrity and honest at all times.
