Business Development
We are looking for a well-rounded, energetic and experienced Business Development star to join our growing Multi Unit Development team who will develop and diversify total waste solutions. This team specialises in waste services for the multi-unit apartments, hotels, motels, student accommodation and vertical commercial sectors.
This role is packed with opportunity for growth. In this role you will be actively seeking new opportunities to drive and grow our business. You will be identifying new business opportunities while also managing client accounts and providing subject matter expertise and solutions for our customers. Identifying needs and opportunities in the market is also important.
On offer is a competitive salary + commission + Electric Vehicle.
Our ideal candidate will have the following:
· Outstanding and proven sales experience in a targeted, hunting sales environment.
· Qualification in Business, Logistics or related field.
· Proven relevant experience in a similar environment/role is preferable.
· Self-motivated.
· Strong Written and Verbal Communication is a must.
· Computer literate.
· Proven problem-solving skills.
· Strong relationship builder and team player.
· Proven sales and negotiation skills.
· Ability to build strong business relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
· Exceptional time management skills ability to prioritise and meet critical deadlines.
