Office Administrator
Join the Orewa Business Association as an Office Administrator, supporting initiatives that promote Orewa as a destination locally, nationally, and internationally. The role is part time 24 hours a week, Monday to Thursday plus occasional evening and weekend hours when events arise.
Prepare all invoices and creditor payments in Xero as well as all IRD and GST requirements.
Prepare monthly and year-end financial reports.
Ensure the Incorporated Societies website is always up to date.
Ensure the member databases are up to date.
Ensure the Destination Orewa Beach website is up to date and informative. This aspect can be taught and is not a pre-requisite for applicants
Balance all event, promotional and operational budgets.
Co-ordinate event infrastructure and assist on event days as needed.
Work with participants and sponsors to deliver the float line-up for the annual New World Orewa Santa Parade.
Ensure supplies of the Orewa Beach brochure are always available as needed
Social media posts on the Orewa Beach Facebook and Instagram pages.
Manage office supply needs
Any other tasks by mutual agreement with the Business Association Manager.
