Key Responsibilities 

• Full-Cycle Compliance: Ownership of tax returns, GST, and financial statements with a focus on data integrity.
• Financial Modeling: Moving beyond history to build the future through budgeting and multi-year forecasting.
• Process Optimisation: Identifying "friction points" in client businesses and recommending logical workflow improvements.
• Leadership Track: Transitioning from technical execution to a senior role with a clear roadmap toward management.

What you bring 
To hit the ground running in this team, you’ll need a solid technical foundation combined with a drive to keep improving. They are looking for

• Analytical Clarity: You have the ability to look at a trial balance and see the logic behind the numbers. You can spot a reconciliation error or a tax bottleneck quickly because you understand the underlying structure of the accounts.
• Communication Skills: You can translate "Accounting-Speak" into "Business-Speak." Whether it's an email or a face-to-face meeting, you can explain a GST adjustment or a budget variance in a way that actually helps the client make a decision.
• Professional Ambition: You are either CA qualified or well on your way. You’re looking for a firm that will support your studies and give you the complex work required to tick off your practical experience.
• A "Process" Mindset: You don't just do the work; you look for ways to do it better. You’ll bring a proactive approach to identifying where a client’s internal systems are messy and offering a logical path to clean them up.
