Campus Lead
Lifeskills (previously called Skills Update) is a well-established private training organisation; operating in NZ since 1991. We are seeking an experienced individual from the education sector to lead our Christchurch Campus. This role is full-time, and is mainly campus based, ensuring smooth operation of the site. Additionally, you will be required to develop relationships with key community stakeholders to support recruitment for the campus.
We are looking for a highly organised person with excellent communication skills, to bring a great vibe to the space, as well as ensuring all the compliance and administrative functions of the job are completed to a high standard.
You will need to have an understanding of the NZ tertiary education system, experience in working with complex needs rangatahi, and previous experience leading a team within a training organisation.
We are looking for someone with:
A minimum of 3 years working in the tertiary education sector, including at least 1 years' experience at mangagement level
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Full Class 1 NZ Drivers licence
Ability and enthusiasm to lead a team
Be a New Zealand citizen or permanent resident or hold a current NZ work permit.
