About the role...
The People & Office Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day people and operational functions of the Auckland office. This position combines human resources administration for the entire business group (all three locations across NZ and Australia) with office management and facility operations, providing essential support across the employee lifecycle, workplace administration, and team wellbeing.
The ideal candidate will be people-centric, organised, and a confident communicator, with a passion for contributing to a positive, inclusive, and high-performing work environment that reflects the HealthPost Group values and objectives. This role also contributes to the Wellbeing, Health & Safety team.
About you…
You will have several years experience in an HR, people operations, or office administration role.
Be comfortable with HRIS systems and the use of technology (experience with Employment Hero advantageous)
Have an up-to-date knowledge of New Zealand employment law; awareness of Australian employment law advantageous but not essential.
You will have strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Be a citizen or permanent resident of New Zealand
