We're growing fast - and to keep pace, we need someone who takes recruitment just as seriously as we take our products.
The Opportunity
This is a newly created role sitting within our HR team, working closely alongside our Senior Talent Partner. You'll be the engine behind our hiring - executing the end-to-end recruitment process across a busy portfolio of roles, ensuring every candidate and hiring manager has a brilliant experience along the way.
You'll be in the detail, in the conversations, and in the process every single day, connecting with candidates in the market and with our hiring managers. If that's where you do your best work, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing
Executing End-to-End Recruitment
Run the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple roles at once - briefing, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and managing offers through to acceptance
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, set realistic expectations, and keep searches moving at pace
Deliver a consistently great candidate experience at every touchpoint, from first outreach through to onboarding handover
Source proactively using a mix of headhunting, Boolean search, and advertising - going beyond job boards to find people who aren't actively looking
Post and manage job ads across SEEK and LinkedIn, using clear and engaging copy that reflects the AMV brand
Process Execution & Quality
Work alongside the Senior Talent Partner to execute structured, consistent hiring processes across the business
Contribute to process improvement - flagging bottlenecks, sharing what's working, and helping iterate on how we hire
Keep talent pipeline records accurate and up to date, providing hiring managers with timely pipeline visibility
Assessment & Raising the Bar
Collaborate with the Senior Talent Partner to roll out structured interview packs for roles across the business
Coordinate and administer technical assessments and behavioural screening tools, helping assess candidates against key traits, and company values
Assist with personality testing logistics and help communicate results to hiring managers in a clear, useful way
What You'll Bring
2–3+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience, either in-house or agency - you know the full process and can run it independently
A genuine passion for matching the right people to the right roles - you are natural at connecting with people
Strong sourcing skills - comfortable going beyond job boards to find people who aren't actively looking
The ability to manage multiple requisitions at once without letting quality slip
Great communication skills and natural relationship-building ability with both candidates and stakeholders
Experience designing structured interview guides, technical assessments, or behavioural screening frameworks is a real advantage
Organised, data-aware, and able to move at pace in a high-volume environment
