As part of the Shampoo N’Things family, we sit at the unique intersection of high-end salon services and luxury haircare retail. We are looking for a dynamic leader who can seamlessly blend the art of hospitality with the science of retail sales.

We are looking for a positive and enthusiastic team member to fill the position of front desk receptionist in our salon. You will need to have good customer service skills and a friendly phone manner. Experience in retail and hair care products would also be of great benefit.

Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for driving revenue across both the salon floor and the retail showroom, leading a team of stylists and retail consultants to deliver world-class customer experiences while meeting commercial KPIs.

• Data entry and client records management

• Work with staff to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth running of our salon.

• Frontline and telephone reception - welcoming clients and setting the tone for a lovely experience.

This role is a 38-40 hour position. Normal days of work are Tuesday-Saturday or Monday-Friday.
