Customer Experience and Marketing Assistant
Role Description
This is a part-time casual, onsite role for a Customer Experience and Marketing Assistant at Sterling Cars, based in Sylvia Park, Auckland. As a Customer Experience and Marketing Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for customers. While content creation remains important, this role places emphasis on customer support.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Experience
Handle a high volume of inquiries and deliver accurate, timely replies
Deliver outstanding service to potential buyers via phone, email, and chat
Enter, manage, and update incoming leads from multiple channels onto CRM software (Odoo)
Collaborate with managers and salespeople to resolve complex or unusual cases
Safeguard customer data and maintain strict confidentiality at all times
Marketing
Oversee social media channels and create engaging content
Create high-quality content reflecting the brand image for social media
Inform customers about new arrivals and deals using social media
Monitor digital marketing performance and provide improvement insights

Marketing
Experience with content creation
Experience with social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms
Good understanding of visual storytelling, copywriting, and brand consistency across digital channels
Knowledge of second-hand cars preferred
Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, SEM, social media, and content strategy
