3 Waters Treatment Operator
Citycare Property will soon partner with the New Zealand Defence Force Facilities Management Services to provide essential facilities, maintenance, and infrastructure services across camps and bases throughout Aotearoa.
Join us in the role of 3 Waters Treatment Operator, Burnham Military Camp to support the environments that enable NZDF personnel to focus on protecting and serving New Zealand communities.
Burnham Military Camp is the South Island’s largest Army base, located in the Selwyn District, and home to around 1,300 personnel including the 2nd/1st Battalion of the Royal New Zealand Infantry Regiment, logistics and support units, the New Zealand Army Band, and the NZDF Health School.

What You’ll Be Doing | Ngā Kawenga Takohanga
Operating, monitoring, and maintaining water and wastewater treatment plants, pump stations, and reservoirs in line with operational and consent requirements.
Responding to water breaks, leaks, outages, and wastewater or stormwater blockages within required timeframes.
Ensuring works comply with health & safety, environmental, security, and contractual requirements.
What We’re Looking For| Ā Mātou e Rapu Ana:
Relevant qualification or practical experience in water or wastewater treatment operations.
Working knowledge of treatment plant operations, monitoring, and sampling requirements.
Full, clean NZ driver licence.
Absolute alignment with Citycare Property values.
The legal right to work in Aotearoa, ability to pass a drug and alcohol test and willingness to consent to a Criminal Record Check
Ability to meet NZDF specific security requirements
